1. Do I need to register an account with The Bake Shoppe to place an order?
We offer the option of both checking out as a guest, or registering for an account. We recommend having an account as it will enable you to earn rewards as you shop with us. You will also be able to check on your order history and status on your account page, as well as save time and have your address pre-filled upon checkout.

2. How can I make payment?
We accept payment via Paypal, Credit and Debit Cards (via Paypal).
3. Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
In order to process your order efficiently, we encourage you to check through your order carefully before confirmation and we are sorry that we are unable to make changes to an order after it has been placed.
4. Do you offer bulk/wholesale discounts?
If you would like to purchase our items in bulk at wholesale rates, please contact us at email@example.com and we will get in touch with you shortly.
5. Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for food safety and hygiene reasons. If you have received a wrong item, please ensure that the product is unopened in its original packaging and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will assist you as soon as we can.
1. How soon will my order reach me and how much does delivery cost?
Our deliveries are done between 1-3 working days.
For orders above $80, we provide complimentary delivery.
For orders below $80, we charge a flat rate of $5.
For urgent next day deliveries, we charge a flat rate of $8 and have 4 convenient time slots for your selection.
2. I am unable to collect my order in person, can you leave it at my doorstep?
Please ensure that someone is available to collect the order on your behalf if you are unavailable. Due to the nature of the products, please note that we will not be liable for the quality of the order in the event that we need to leave the items at your concierge or doorstep,
3. I have not received my order at the stipulated delivery time, what should I do?
